Minimum 3 years work experience in the sales & reservations of the hotel industry
Basic customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and for long unscheduled hours
Relevant educational certificates
Diploma or higher level of qualification in travel, tourism, hospitality industry
Pleasant personality meticulous, detailed, well‐organized, able to multitask and able to work independently to meet company requirement.
Fluent in spoken and written English & additional language can be an advantage

Job Description
Replying to emails & phone calls regarding any queries of making bookings with Hotel & Hotel rates
Making Hotel reservations & updating & informing the Hotel of Guest requirements and needs
Ensuring guest Arrival/ Departure schedules are updated on time
Daily monitoring of all the OTA’s (Online Travel Agents)
Organizing Sales Visits
Able to make reservation booking of Hotel with OTA’s
Establishing New business clients/agents
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conference and meetings
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
