Key Objectives
Responsible for smooth function of HR Department by assisting in the administrative tasks of the HR Department.
Requirements / Qualification
- Must have completed minimum education up to 'O Level.
- Minimum 01 years’ experience in a 5* hotel/resort.
- Ability to communicate in English (Fluent in Verbal).
- A positive "can do" attitude with good team work
Key duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain Human Resources date base, personal files both hard copies and on the HR software system (STEM).
- Assign accommodation to selected candidates and ensure that the accommodation is ready before their arrival.
- Assist with payroll about team’s compensation claims as required.
- Assisting with coordination of event.
- Accompany or to arrange assistance for any sick staff who are referred by the resort doctor to get treatment from Male'.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to staff personal details, disciplinary actions and compensation.
- Follows standard operating procedures and policies.
