Job Description

Lead and supervise a team of Stewards on a duty basis.

Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment
and other assigned areas in accordance with the resort standards

Ensure Stewarding area is clean at all times i.e. tables, walls,
machines etc

Follow all resort and departmental policies, procedures and
service standards
