Job Description

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and Communicating with customers through various channels.
2. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, Processing orders, forms, applications, requests and Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
7. potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone
8. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
9. Proficiency in English
10. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
