Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience in a related field or
• Diploma or higher qualification in a related field with 8 years of experience in a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Able to Work on odd hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submits monthly, weekly and daily progress reports
• Plan, organize, lead and oversee all the activities of the site
• Monitor and direct daily operations
• Manage activities of Nalahiya Private Port facility
• Monitor and manage operational performance
• Ensure vehicles and vessels are managed and maintained and scheduled maintenance is provided.
• Plan and Manage duty rosters to cater to the operational needs
• Plan, execute and monitor all mechanical repairs and engineering works
• Ensure proper job orders are maintained and documented.
• Manage all maintenance works of vessels and vehicles
• Manage administrative and HR activities
• Manage staff welfare services
• Ensure proper billing and invoicing for the services provided
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance across the worksite
