Job Description

• Research and analyze sales options of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes)
• Research and identify new business leads and approach them
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Build and maintaining a CRM database
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, email and in person.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints • Achieve the set targets given by the HOD
